There is a wide Building Services support network available across the country, with over 200 Building Services engineers working within the business unit. The role will provide a range of challenging, dynamic and high-profile projects where you will have the ability to receive and develop a brief and contribute to the development of the design and construction process. The successful candidate will: Be responsible for the design and delivery of a wide range of projects including airports, rail, education, industrial, retail and commercial buildings. Develop and lead a technical team and work as a technical advisor. Manage engineering teams comprising building services engineers, structural engineers and civil engineers. Take financial control of project fees. Have responsibility to train/mentor graduates. Understand client and market requirements.
